We can cancel your subscription plan only when you close your account. If you wish to close your account, you can get in touch with our team and we will assist you.

02 How do I pay for my monthly subscription plan?

Your monthly subscription fee is automatically deducted from your ACBM account on the 1st of each month.

03 How can I change my subscription plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. You can contact your designated Relationship Manager or our customer care service to assist you with that.

04 Am I required to pay a monthly fee for my account?

ACBM clients are required to select a subscription plan once they have an operational account. The subscription plan covers a certain number of transactions at a fixed rate. We offer four types of subscription plans. You can find more details on our subscription plans under our pricing section.

05 Do I need to pay any fees for opening an account with ACBM?

ACBM will charge you a one-off onboarding fee for opening your account. The fees will vary based on the complexity of the company’s structure and the risk level. You can find more details under our pricing section.
